If there’s one thing we know, it’s that guacamole makes everybody happy! No matter what sort of diet you follow, a rich, creamy avocado guacamole spiked with tangy lime and a spicy kick is always a favorite dip for fresh veggies and chips, topper for toast, and, well... enjoyed by the spoonful.

 

We especially love avocados for their high nutrient density, delectable creaminess and ultimate superfood power. Avocados truly are one of the top superfoods you should add to your diet — not only do they promote shiny hair and glowing skin, but they are also packed with fiber and antioxidants, and unlock the fat-soluble vitamins in the other superfoods, especially so in our Veggie Drinks That’s what we call teamwork!

One of our favorite #MedlieMixes is to combine our zesty, salsa verde-inspired Tomatillo Kale Jalapeño with fresh avocados to make a simple (but tasty!) guacamole — perfect for a weekend BBQ, taco night, or an impromptu get-together. We’ve all been in that situation when one friend comes over, then another, then another — and soon enough you’re hosting a dinner party. But that's no problem! As long as you have an avocado and a bottle of Medlie, you’re ready to kill the appetizer round in under five minutes, even if you forgot to go to the grocery store… and your cilantro plant died months ago.

 

By using our Tomatillo Kale Jalapeño Veggie Drink to add flavor, a delicious guacamole becomes way easier to make — and so much healthier!  The vitamins and iron in the kale and spirulina in the soup are maximized by the Omega 3 fatty acids found in avocados.  The taste is noticeably fresher and tangier — with just the right amount of heat!

 

This guacamole is an amazing appetizer for a crowd of avo-addicts — which is basically everyone — but we also love it on top of hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, a burrito bowl for lunch, or a lean protein for dinner.  The possibilities are endless!
