Looking to be the star of the summer barbeque, or just upgrade your usual snack situation? Look no further than this zesty habanero flavored hummus! It’s packed with vitamin C rich veggies, anti-inflammatory turmeric, and metabolism-boosting peppers. We suggest using it as a dip for raw veggies and pita, or using it as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
INGREDIENTS:

1 bottle Medlie Yellow Pepper Turmeric

1 can garbanzo beans (15 oz)

3 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic

1/2 lemon, juiced

1/4 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp habanero pepper, chopped

sea salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Rinse and strain garbanzo beans thoroughly

Blend garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil garlic, lemon juice, cumin and pinch of sea salt using a food processor

Once smooth, slowly add and mix in 1/4-1/3 cup Yellow Pepper Habanero until you reach desired consistency

Top with chopped habanero pepper and salt to taste
